Patinad takes your privacy seriously. This notice explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

What we collect

• Account data: email, display name, seller type, optional location and bio.
• Listings you create, favourites and moodboards.
• Messages you send to other users through Patinad.
• Basic technical data (IP, device) to keep the service secure.

How we use it

To operate the marketplace, protect users from fraud, respond to reports, and improve Patinad. We do not sell your data.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data at any time from your account, or by contacting us. Under UK/EU law you may also object to processing or request portability.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, listings and personal data are removed within 30 days, except where we must keep records for legal reasons.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising cookies.
