Welcome to Patinad — a marketplace for pre-loved, vintage, restored and design-led furniture and interiors. By using Patinad you agree to these Terms.

The role of Patinad

Patinad connects buyers and sellers of furniture. We are not a party to any sale. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of listings and the goods they sell. Buyers are responsible for reviewing listings and messaging sellers before purchase.

Your account

You must be 18 or over, provide accurate information, and keep your login secure. You may close your account at any time from your account settings.

Listings

Sellers must comply with our Listing rules. We do not permit mattresses, broken or unsafe items, flat-pack clutter, counterfeit goods, or items that cannot lawfully be sold.

Payments and delivery

The Patinad MVP does not process payments. Buyers and sellers arrange payment and delivery directly. Never share bank details in public messages, and never accept off-platform payment before viewing the piece.

Liability

Patinad is provided "as is". We accept no liability for the condition of items, the conduct of buyers or sellers, or any loss arising from off-platform arrangements, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be highlighted. Continued use of Patinad after changes take effect means you accept them.
