Hotel pieces, another chapter.
A refurbishment shouldn't end in a skip. Patinad helps hotels, serviced apartments and restaurants pass beautiful, well-made pieces on — to homes, stagers, designers, restorers and charities — instead of throwing them away.
Coordinated lots or one-off characterful pieces. Homeowners, developers and shops can enquire together.
Stagers and stylists can hire suites of furniture for shoots, launches and show-homes.
Charities and restorers can be first in line. Nothing beautiful should be broken up unnecessarily.
- 1. Create a business profile. Trading name, approximate location, contact role. Staff details stay private.
- 2. Upload your stock. Single pieces or a hotel clearance lot — quantities, dimensions, condition grade, deadlines and access notes.
- 3. We review before it's public. A quick check for photography, condition honesty and Patinad standards — no mattresses, no electrical goods.
- 4. Enquiries come to you. Structured messages for full lots, part quantities, staging hire, restoration or charity — you decide.
- Honest condition grading (A–D) and clear photography of every lot.
- Fire-safety and compliance information for upholstered pieces, only where you can evidence it.
- Realistic collection windows, floor/access notes and loading logistics.
- No mattresses. No electrical goods. Patinad's scope is furniture and objects with life left in them.
We publish reuse stories only when they're documented. No fabricated environmental claims — any impact figures use real quantities and a stated method.
A hotel chair becomes a desk chair. A lobby table gets restored.
Every piece kept in use is a piece not made again. Patinad is where the next chapter starts.
